Mar 6, 2017 · Just reading this as my A6 2008 has suddenly lost the radio. All other functions are working, CD, telephone, navigation. I was driving through a busy town centre, so no bumps or cornering to dislodge anything. The radio went silent. I thought it was the radio station so after a few seconds went to switch and realised no signal.

Aug 7, 2019 · Remove the screws from under the wood-panel. Remove the screws from underneath the glove box. Drop the glove box. Remove the display interface box. Disconnect the plugs. Insert the fiber-optic loop (lollipop) into the disconnected plug. Turn on the ignition, and test to see of the issue has been resolved. Useful Tips. Sometimes, rebooting the MMI can fix minor glitches and errors. To reboot the MMI, press and hold the SETUP, CENTER, and TOP RIGHT buttons simultaneously until the screen goes black. Wait for a few seconds and then release the buttons. The MMI should restart and load the sat nav normally. #2.
Mar 30, 2013 · MMI WONT POWER ON!!!! I have a 2005 Audi A6 and my MMI wont work. The screen is black, the radio wont come on or anything. The CD changer still operates as normal. I believe it has something to do with my battery but Audi disagrees. I went in for two oil changes and each time they told my battery failed inspection.
